Program Registration and Participation
Registration
When you register for a program, you enter into a binding commitment. Registration is complete upon our confirmation email.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by program:
- Cancellations more than 14 days before program start: Full refund
- Cancellations 7-14 days before start: 50% refund or credit toward future programs
- Cancellations less than 7 days before start: No refund, but credit toward future programs
- No-shows: No refund or credit
We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with respect
- Arrive prepared and on time for sessions
- Engage constructively with program content
- Follow facility rules and safety guidelines
We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt programs or violate conduct expectations. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and materials provided in programs, is owned by stone-quartz or licensed to us. This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and program materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
